Reporting a problem with a tool
What helps most: which tool, what kind of file, roughly how large it was, and what your browser and device were. Please do not send the file itself — it is almost never needed, and a file you send by email really has left your device, which rather defeats the point.
Suggesting a tool
Worth saying what you were actually trying to do rather than only naming the tool. The problem behind a request usually suggests a better answer than the request itself.
